When you choose a flight from the search results, you are taken to the airline or travel provider offering that option. You can then review the available details and, if you decide to proceed, complete your booking directly with that provider.
Who is responsible for my booking?
Once you leave Aviato and continue to an external provider, your booking is made with that provider. The provider is responsible for matters such as:
Booking confirmation
Payment
Ticket issuance
Changes and cancellations
Refunds
Baggage and other booking-related services
Customer support relating to the booking
If you have a question about a booking you have already made, contact the airline or travel provider shown in your booking confirmation.
