Aviato is a global airfare search and comparison service. Its purpose is to help you find available flight options, compare prices and other details, and then connect you with the airline or travel provider offering the option you choose.
Where does the booking happen?
When you select a flight on Aviato, you are taken to the relevant airline or travel provider.
You can review the flight details, price, availability and booking conditions directly with that provider. If you decide to proceed, you complete the booking with them.
Aviato does not:
Issue airline tickets
Process your flight booking
Collect payment for your flight
Confirm your reservation
Change or cancel bookings made with a provider
Who is responsible for my ticket?
The airline or travel provider you book with is responsible for your booking and ticket.
If you have already completed a booking, your booking confirmation will identify the provider you booked with. Contact that provider directly for questions about your ticket, payment, changes, cancellations or refunds.
Aviato helps you find and compare flights. The provider you choose handles the actual booking.
